Notes: I ran the Corvette in 1988, 89 and a couple of times in 90. Once again had some rods decide to give out. In 1993 I came back out with my first blown motor, a 468 BBC. Ran that until 1997 when the Corvette got destroyed. I had dinged up the left front corner and had it on sawhorses in my driveway for repair when the wind picked up one night and slammed it on it's roof, destroying it. - Rocky

Notes: I ran the Corvette in 1988, 89 and a couple of times in 90. Once again had some rods decide to give out. In 1993 I came back out with my first blown motor, a 468 BBC. Ran that until 1997 when the Corvette got destroyed. I had dinged up the left front corner and had it on sawhorses in my driveway for repair when the wind picked up one night and slammed it on it's roof, destroying it. - Rocky

Notes: Went to Route 66 for testing on 8/05/08. We ran a 7.83 at 174 and a 7.80 at 177. I think we are ready for Marion County. Thanks to Terry and Brian Stapleton, Bear and Bandit for their help. - Rocky | The chassis under the Corvette and the Mustang is the same one. The Mustang was the original body on the chassis. It was built by Tom Daniels and when I got it I had Romeo Palamides front half it. I, myself have done several modification to it over the years. The Mustang was originally called the Ghetto Rat and owned by Marrone, Trybula Bros. And Talstam. I think they also called it The Weapon for a while. It started like as an injected nitro car and they switched to blown nitro at some point. To further confuse things, I ran an Austin Bantam roadster body on it for a short time. - Rocky
