Notes: Track record at the time in Tucson. Jackson won the Tucson Dragway Fuel Altered Nationals on 9/76 after qualifying 11th at Tucson Dragway AA/FA Nationals with a 7.71. We made a little jaunt over to S.L.C. and Bonneville Raceway in the '70s and met up with old friend DENNIS GEISLER for a match race. Dennis nipped us in the final with a 7.08 to CAL'S 7.10, but we BOTH set the track speed record with identical 206.82 M.P.H. Now they're reminiscing in the skies somewhere! - Les Jackson
