Notes: Drag racing was a family affair for the Ed and Marie Kramer family. Marie received a lot of attention in newspapers throughout the country for being a drag racing mother of three. She generally raced in ATAA drag races in the Midwest, like the World Series of Drag Racing at Cordova. The 1957 Cordova event was her third time participating in that race. She was awarded the Sportsmanship Trophy at the '57 Cordova race. She turned speeds in the 90 mph range. She was the only woman competing in the World Series Cordova event in 1957.
