Notes: After a successful year in 1960 with their '57 Olds-engined dragster, the Satans Car Club rebuilt their club dragster, spending another $1200 on their dragster. This made their total investment in the car $4000. They added a new frame, new body, new mag wheels in the rear and new spoke wheels in front, new Dragmaster slicks, and new fuel injection. On May 22 at Kohler drag strip, they won the A/D class and took top eliminator honors with 10.50 at 150 mph. On July 16 at Niagara Falls Raceway, they took top eliminator with 133 mph. On July 23 at Niagara Falls, took top eliminator for the second straight week with 131 mph. On Aug. 27, they set a new strip record at Niagara Falls with 137.19 mph.
