Notes: AKA Satch Nottle. Did Satch race with Fred through Gainesville in 1974 before the team split up? Third alternate at NHRA Gainesville (time unknown, but the bump spot was 6.634). Notes: Walt "Satch" Nottle. Satch entered the NHRA Gatornationals and was listed as the 7th alternate. However, he had to withdraw due to health reasons. It was discovered that Satch had suffered a heart attack a few weeks before the event and did not inform the team. As a result, they could not compete. Don Roberts took over the driving duties after that. Unfortunately, the car was destroyed in a crash at Epping, NH. Satch later qualified someone's car on the bump at IHRA Bristol in September, but we need to determine which car that was.
