Notes: 1991 the Royal T got a new taller cage (save my neck) and this bright yellow candy. Stepped up the horsepower with 522 cubic inch and Pontiac pro stock heads. This new combo was an extra 200hp. Now it ran 7.20 ets., closer. The other fast guys in A/A found similar power also. I could qualify in NHRA, but at the bottom. 1st round duck! In the meantime IHRA Modified. The ladder rear suspension was causing too many aborted runs.
