Notes: Claunch appears to have appropriated the racecar name "All American" from Val LaPorte, who retired from racing in 1969. Multiple contemporary news accounts in 1971 -- the year following this one -- report he was a multi-time winner of Top Gas at his home track (Motion Raceway in Assumption IL) during the first half of that year (before he crashed).
