Notes: Color feature in 8/70 Hi-Performance Cars. - RT | Early in May, Jerry attempted to qualify his Mustang for the Super Stock Nationals. Unfortunately, he failed to better the 8.25 "bump." Shortly after that, he was at Englishtown for a best of three match race against Arne Swensen. It was not his day as in the first round, not only did he foul, he got out of shape and shut off to 10.00 as Arne won with a 7.98. In the second race, Jerry’s off-pace 8.28/168.22 lost to Swensen's 7.80/173. |
