Notes: Dan Qualified #12 at the NHRA Chief Auto Parts Nationals with a 6.311/212.21. He would race #4 qualifier Dal Denton in round 1. Unfortunately, Nimmo would red light away a 6.351 to give the victory to Denton. If anyone has any more info and/or better numbers for Nimmo in 1987, please let us know. - Rob McCabe |
