Notes: Mike qualified #1 in the first race for the new class at Darlington for the IHRA Winternationals. He ran 7.07/198.36 to get the spot. Unfortunately, in the first round, his Beretta broke, giving Ronnie Sox a free ride into the second round. At Bristol for the IHRA Springnationals, he qualified #2 with a 7.03/197.51 and went on to beat Blake Wiggins in the final with a holeshot 7.21/195.70 for the victory over Blake's quicker 7.13/199.
