Notes: I didn't drive a dragster until early '75 (AA/BAD car). AKA White Heat. 233" Sherm Gunn (M&S Race Cars) chassis, Tom Hanna body, Tom Stratton paint, Henry Velasco 5/8" stroker crank in an iron 354 Chrysler with Kay Sissel head work. BIG Crower injectors. Larry Bowers blower. Assembled by Earl Wade, Merv Scott pedal clutch, Engle camshaft. Absolutely every nut and bolt on the car was purchased by me with ONE EXCEPTION. The ONLY thing I was given was the headers Jack Davis (Hooker Headers) made for me. Then, as always, the two approaches I used were to pay for things like Sherm Gunn says (everything down, nothing a month) and get the best help I can afford (my mechanical ability starts getting thin very shortly after "the big tires go in back"). - Tom Poindexter
