Notes: Steel Block Chevy. Ric was at Maryland International in June for the NHRA Division One race. In the opening round of competition, his 7.78/143.54 lost to Dominic Santucci's 6.96/195. We originally listed 3.82/186.08 at Bristol 1979, but Bristol did not have eighth-mile clocks in 1979 (and that equates to a 5.88 quarter-mile time!).
