Notes: 1994 IHRA World Champion. Original pre-Internet draglist entry. Listed times from a match race. Huff qualified #1 at Bristol for the IHRA Fallnationals with a 6.90/201.74. He improved in round two, where his 6.88/201.56 defeated Mark Thomas. He then took out the Mopar of Larry O'Brien in the semifinal with a 6.94/201.16. He faced Roy Hill's T-Bird in the final, and Roy also ran 6.94 in his semifinal win, so the final was expected to be close. It was certainly close, as both drivers ran 6.93 (Huff at 201.20), but Billy got to the stripe first. |
