Notes: Mike was at OCIR for the PDA Championships in July. He qualified #11 in the 32-car field with a 6.27. In the opening round, he faced James Warren, and Warren laid a holeshot on him and held on to win with a 6.38 over Mike's 6.31. But James blew the engine on the top end of the run and was unable to return for round two so Reynolds returned on the ""break rule"" His stay in competitiondidn'tt last long as he lost to eventual winner Gary Beck. The team raced at the NHRA Fallnationals and World Finals at Ontario, but did not qualify at either event. They had a fire in qualifying at Ontario (no times available for either DNQ). |
