Notes: Butch qualified #2 at OCIR on March 15 for an eight-car show with an 8.11/194.80. He slowed to 9.18/176.12 in the opening round, but that was more than enough to beat the "Beaverhunter," who had gotten into the show as an alternate. In the semifinal, he fouled away an 8.71/182 against Chuck Horchar, who advanced with an 8.85/147. |
