well got it apart last night, just as suspected the ring and pinion are completely shredded took all the teeth off the pinion and half off the ring gear...some of that was probably done gettin it back to the pits ....but i also found both sealed hub bearings are really rough, and iknew the rotors ne...

we will see if i can make it....if my daughter and grandson come into town from KS then i doubt i will be there...... ERIK

not sure yet how bad it is but think it is just the ring and pinion..BUT the rear is a strange top loader .........not a big deal for parts but not as easy as droppin the pumpkin out of it either gotta take the whole works apart I can't complain this gear was new when the car was redone...almost 7 y...

RIP Ronnie.......I can't say it better than you guys did.....he was a very down to earth guy who just liked what he did.....from his rockabilly roots in 57-58 to his first hard rock band ELF,to rainbow,sabbath,and in the end heaven and hell (essentially Black sabbath)......he will be missed............
