Took a 2 sided, 24' tall 12'x12' real estate billboard down today. Right between a driveway and a drainage ditch a deep drainage ditch. Put the old disc in my back to the test. I put that sign up several years ago. It was easier then. Even though it was freezing cold. The old body doesn't like that anymore. I think the days of the bigger signs is coming to an end. Even with the track loader there's still lifting to do. We'll see how it goes tomorrow morning. Getting old is so much fun. NOT.

Yuck. And hour and half in rain. Hope you are home and warm with a nice drink in your hand!

Gary working away as always!

I have the enterprising young men coming back this weekend to cut down another smaller tree and to take some stuff to the dump.

He's getting me in the mood to tackle that mess of a home office of mine!

I sent Phil Burgess some info on draglist and some photos of us from past DLNs... but I could not find a draglist booklet to save my life! Need to regroup and go back in for another attack! :) bp

Good afternoon from Tulalip Resort Casino. We were given an upgrade on our room Bonus ! I was very tired when we got here . Bad weather all the way. I was a bit worried about my concentration while driving but no one honked or yelled at me,so I guess I was fine. Had a nap after check in. Dinner, listened to a Cover Band for a while Very good. Played slots for a bit. Went to bed early. Not raining today but is 6c and cloudy

Glad you took your nap after the drive rather than during Boyd. lol.
Good to see you getting out and about even if it is a bit tiring. Hope you & Susan have a great time.

I got a couple more outside jobs done. Upper 50's again today, so it's a goota' time to get that stuff done. Inside job tomorrow, then maybe another outside job. Gotta' love this Novermber weather.

Good job, Boyd! Enjoy the casino! One year I drove back from Indy after getting up at 6 am on Monday and attending all day. When I got back, I found myself in Tuesday morning DC rush hour traffic on zero sleep. I guarantee they were giving me a wide berth and honking at me. Dumb but someone was looking out for me!

I had a nice talk with Danny on the phone tonight and I think I need to depend on his kindness to scan one of his old draglist booklets to send to Phil!

It was 66 and sunny in DC today so I had a nice lunchtime walk. About 10 degrees colder tomorrow...

Have a nice day, everyone! bp

Got a snorkle fire engine lettered yesterday, 75' reach. I have a little vinyl to install on an outside sign later when the temp. comes up a little. MIght do it late afternoon since it's right down the street from the kids/grandkids so I can save a trip, going for pizza with then tonight. Got a bunch of inside stuff to do for the remainder of the day. But then I'll have to install those signs next week. Hope the weather holds for a little longer.
