OK, gang. I posted a pic on January 1, 2013, so here is the one from January 1, 2014. A year ago I was happy to report that I had gone from 340 lbs. to 270 lbs.
Today, I'm happy to report that in 2013, I went from 270 lbs. to 208 lbs. Tried for 190, but had too much fun!
I recently bought a high tech scale / body composition monitor that showed me that my muscles and bones together weighed 185, so I'm closer than I thought I was. My new goal is about 195-200, which I'm confident I'll hit in a month or two. So... after that, it's maintenance mode and fun, fun, fun!
