After much consternation, thought, and otherwise mind-numbing activity, I've decided not to put the Prefect back together this year.

I'm going to put the roller up for sale. I'm not quitting and walking away from the sport, just not sure that I want to continue on with this car. So if you know anyone that is looking for a little car on steroids send them my way!

sold! to a fellow from the Boston area. I watched it pull out on an open trailer this evening - would like to see some of the reactions he's going to get out there on road with it on the open trailer 8)

He plans on putting a naturally aspirated small or big block in it and running ~10's, which will be perfect for the car. He has a small block with stack injection that he's considering which I think would look really neat in there.

now what to do next.... :?

Congrats, Perry! Yes, an injected small block would be awesome there. Did you already sell the hemi, or do you have other plans for it? bp

Good to hear that you sold it but sad to see it go down here in Gorilliland.
I had Hilborn on my Anglia which was cool, never got to the blown stage though. :D

The hemi's gone Bill - all I have left that's hemi is a MSD distributor and a set of header adapters to adapter it up to the dyno headers on the late Billy William's dyno. I've got about 75% of the peices to put together the small block - iron eagle raised cam block, 15 degree spread port heads, 3-7/8 crank x 4.125 bore - that will be used in the next toy.
