That trip from here in Sydney, Nova Scotia to Miramichi, New Brunswick was 590 km – about 7 hours 6 mins. The trip from here to Greenfield Dragway, Nova Scotia is 518 km – about 6 hours 28 mins. To drive from Meat Cove here on Cape Breton Island to Yarmouth on the other end of Nova Scotia is 792 km – about 10 hours 14 mins(numbers from Google maps)

Amazing... my memory tells me that Nova Scotia is a 'little island' off the East Coast of Canada. Boy, am I wrong! A ten hour drive across is Nebraska territory! bp

Got the Hornet out of the garage and put the Cavalier in it's place today so I guess these are the official "Before" photos of the Cavalier. Where it sits now is where it will stay until it's got a small block, a set of 14X32s and a full cage and chassis. The old Hornet is going to a new home sometime in the next week or two.

Biggest challenge will be to keep it looking almost the same except for wheels and tires. Might need a 4" cowl hood too......

WOOO HOOO!!!!!! Won the "no box" Gamblers Race at Cape Breton Dragway today with my old truck. Slowest vehicle of the lot too.........
