Hi everyone! Rock, sorry buddy, I heard you had to go back home last night! So we had breakfast without you... we had it at Brother's Restaurant, as the German place was not open for brunch this year. The breakfast was great. I'll spill the beans. Jeff went a 13.18 best coming into the event. He ran a 13.03 in the first time run, and then made a driving adjustment, hoping for the 12s. He came back and went a 12.56!!! Amazing! Jeff and Gary will have more details but Jeff really nailed it... I'm in Bowling Green. Just had a nice dinner and shopping excursion with Emily, who starts her Junior year of college tomorrow. I am B E A T after getting 3.5 hours of sleep last night and driving from Cordova to Ohio... time for sleep and then visiting with family and friends in Ohio this week before heading home by Labor Day. bp

WOW!!! who drops over .6 off their personal best??? JEFF does, that's who!!! Congrats on the new PB Jeff, and breaking into the 12's. Don't know what that "driving adjustment " was, but it sure worked. Lookin forward to Gary's report.

Really had a great time out there. Just looking through some Facebook posts that people have been putting up. Met so many great people that it's just now coming back to me when I see those photos! Here is us at our farewell breakfast at Brothers Restaurant. bp

A guy Jeff lined up with at The World Series last weekend, saw that I was taking pictures & asked if I would take one of him by his '72 Chevelle. He said this was his last race as he has arthritis & cancer. Cheryl & I both took a bunch & sent them to him by email today. Here''s 3 of them.

I'm hoping to find a good image resizer so I can batch size & upload the WS photos I have. There's just under 1,000 after I weeded out duplicates & missed shots.
