And BP's suggested nite tour of the special sites lit up.

Bill is this even possible in two days??? We may be biting off more than we can handle. After all we is old gorillies, not young chimps.

We will plan as best we can... you can hit quite a few things if you know how to get around.

Please keep this list going. Can't look at it tonight. Will review this weekend. bp

Boyd yer right, if you want the Smithsonian, you will want to do that early in the week before the gang arrives. From what I'm told the SMITHSONIAN is huge, I mean ginormouse. Each building has a theme,( history-dinosours-space-ect..) and there are like 16 buildings.

Now I am going by hearsay, I've never been to DC. So Bill will have to advise us all as to what is doable.

I'm glad to see Ohio Dave is gonna make it. :D

The Smithsonian consists of several buildings, the most of popular of which are the American History Museum, the Natural History Museum, and the Air and Space Museum. All are great and all would take HOURS to see really see. They are all down on the mall. Walking shoes are absolutely required. We can work out all the logistics when we get a final review of where folks want to go. bp
