Earth Shaking Entertainments Next Event

The Pro Funny Cars of Earth Shaking Entertainment will be mixing it up on June 10th at US 19 Dragway in Albany Georgia. Look out for some wild side by side burn outs and the return of Old School Dry-Hops! We will have cars capable of running 3 second 1/8th mile times so don't this Earth Shaking show!

Welcome to the group, Jagger. I love the funny car show that you guys put on... The organization has a new name, but the acts are well regarded and cant' be beat for the money... Bunny Burkett, Charlie Gambino, Bill Naves, and more.... a top notch BB/Funny Car show with outstanding showmanship and performances. :D Just read about a new organization located here in Northeastern Ohio. It is called U.M.T.R. the United Manual Transmission Racers. No boxes, electronics, etc. Just like the good old days. They will be at many tracks like Magnolia, Thompson, Dragway 42, Quaker City, and Norwalk. I guess you would call it grassroots touring?????

FIREBIRD INTERNATIONAL RACEWAY SUMMER SPECTACULAR FOR ONE NIGHT ONLY

May 24, 2006 (Phoenix, AZ ) – The Coors Light Summer Spectacular Jets v. Funny Cars featuring Robosaurus will light up the skies at Firebird Raceway on the Gila River Indian Community June 17, 2006.

The only Arizona appearance of Robosaurus, the forty foot tall mechanical dinosaur that eats cars and breathes fire will be at Firebird Raceway. This fossilized tyrant will crush, eat and blaze everything in his sight. This one day event is fueled by:

JET CARS
ALCOHOL FUNNY CARS SPEEDING AT 280 +MPH
MONSTER TRUCKS
ROBOSAURUS
FIREWORKS TOO!

The anticipated crowd of more than 30,000 will experience Jet Dragsters, Alcohol Funny Cars, crushing monster trucks, a car compressing dinosaur and the first fireworks display of the season!

New to the event this year is the expanded Party in the Pits: Family Fun Zone complete with carnival rides, kids activities, prizes, game booths, autograph sessions, and music.

4:00 p.m. Gates open for bracket racing by Phoenix’s best street cars and hot rods running down the quarter mile.

5:00 p.m. Family Fun Zone starts the Party in the Pits.

7:30 p.m. Main Show.
