Late Model Help

It could have been that the directions were written in Frence

Did it have "FRAGILE" on the box, cause if it did, it was French alright. (fra-geel).

All it said on the box was "Use No Air Hooks"

when did all this start ? my yellow new post bulbs are burnt out again..this late model chevy water pump every part says made in Mexico.....
