You done goot' Lippy. U really did.......

This is what the unit looks like. It's a grant. I'm left handed thus the left hand button. If that's the trans button I've gotta' find a shifter button spot. Could always put a button on the right side I spoz'. Or I could manually shift the sifter when I shift....or......

Gary, depending on what ignition box you have, the shifting duties can be controlled by that. Mine will be done by the ignition box by RPM.

Have you picked out what you will be using for an ignition box?

Not yet, haven't taken the time to research what would be best. I have an MSD crank trigger under the bench. Something that will control timing, fuel pressure for a blow through carb., etc. Steve Morris uses MSD and he's also got a new box that monitors fuel pressure, oil pressure, etc. It'll dump the boost at any sign of trouble. Good insurance.

Ignition shouldn't care too much about the blown thru - it's just lighting it up. We ran a 7al for years on blown alcohol in the trucks and didn't have any problems until we went to the hemi and really started getting the cylinder pressure up there with a lot of fuel - then holes started going out and we had to go to a mag. For what you're doing, the little red boxes should probably work.

Found more stuff on the front steps today. Got the wheel tubs & the deck lid. Oh, & I got the correct steering u-joint too. Still need to find a 3/4''x3/4'' spline to spline joint, since JB says they don't carry them {even though there's a pic. of one in their catalog} 8) 8) 8) In their defense it is a 2002 catalog. 8) 8) 8)

The chassis shop or chassis werkz should have what you need.
