Truly an innovator who took the France family legacy to levels never imagined.
He fought a hard battle these last few years .
May he rest in peace.

Bill France was probably more resposible for Pro Racer's ability to earn big bucks than anyone whoever lived.
It even indirectly affected pro drag racers.
I was proud to know Bill from my early NASCAR sanctioned drag racing days.
