Not at all. That's what we plan on doing anyhow. I plan on buying a dirt bike in September so the bikes go in the garage, baja buggie, tool boxes, etc. I've never had a garage that we actually parked a car in it... I mean... Who does that?!

My only issue is... HOA's. Some are @$$es when it comes to vechicles parked outside.

I have 9X30 1Man den/breezeway just itchin' for a racecar to roll onto the slab.... knock out a couple windows and install a secure roll up door. good to go... private bath and full kitchen
