BP and gang, I talk to the lady @ the Comfort Inn in Oksy. She let me book the 2nd and 3rd weekends in July. She just asked that I let her know asap as to what weekend we want so we can drop the weekend we don't want.

Thanks. Gotta check with Gerald. We may have to guiess at the weekend and then find an alternate hotel for the other weekend. BP

I don't know about that BP. The Osky Comfort Inn at least knows they will get our business, so they will hold both dates temporarily.
To Hold a block of 15 rooms at another hotell...then cancell....
I just don't want DRAGLIST to get a bad reputation. It's up to you BP.
Hopefully Gerald will give you a FIRM date soon.

Thanks, Linda. That's our 'nuclear option' to be used only if Comfort Inn INSISTS that we pick our weekend before Gerald provides a firm date. Otherwise, I'm happy to keep it with Comfort Inn as long as they will work with us. Thanks. bp
