Yup, I thought I had registered on here before, but I guess not.

Yeah, I"m not sure "Little Mike" will work for me. We'll come up with something though.

All kidding aside. It was great to meet you. Working with your dad like you do. You will really go far if you choose to in the car world. You asked good questions, and listened for the responses. Nice job, and I am glad I met you.

Rapid,

PS, you follow a map like a geographer!!!

BP. It didn't even occur to me 'til it was too late, but maybe next year we could make up some fliers like Eddyville is doing for their upcoming Fuel Altered Nats. Event & forward some to the track for handouts to promote the event locally. It would be nice to pack in some fans. I would have to lean towards Eddyville too at this point, since they were so good to us. But, I think the fliers would be good no matter where we go. I'll bet WC could come up with a killer layout.

I had a great time riding out to the track with MCas7 from OwenCrist...that dang track was a LOT farther out than we expected; after a while we almost...alMOST...started second-guessing our progress...then finally, there it was, and believe me, it looked like friggin' Emerald City when we made the turn...

Eddyville is 100% cool with me. I've been trying to figure out how to get the Freedom River Band up there next year to play Friday night after the dinner at Tosa's. I'll bet one of those hotspots in downtown Oscaloosa'd need a band that night; maybe they could add an AMT while we're there, too! I got a few bands to choose from, but I believe the FRB'd be the one.

Eddyville, y'all. That was great. I do agree about maybe the season or the weather factor could be given a push in either direction...but if not, then it's if not. I'll be there.

How 'bout Mike and MCas7? Or MCas, as Rapid said? Seems to work...
Back in Galveston, they call me "Little Raymond"...I'm John, ya know, but I'm Raymond's son...another name I have is "Sylvia's brother"..."Hi, I'm John Bockelman. Kirwin, class of '67. Haven't seen you in 35 years..." "Uh....Oh! Yeah! You're Sylvia's brother! How's Sylvia doing?"

I stopped by and said hi to Sylvia in Kansas City. She's doing fine!

Cheers, WC1

Cool, Doc! The reason I suggest FRB is because it is very open to jammers sitting in, and you and Billy, BP and anyone who wanted to get up and do a tune would be more than welcome. Shakedown, well, it's Brandi's band, and it'd be good, but it would work extremely well with FRB...same guys that are in Shakedown with Colorado the Biker added on guitar...

Bottom line, it'll be a Draglist.com thing. Cheers, WC1
