Eric, we use alky. Prime on gas warm up on alky. I figured 1.6 gal is enough for 3 or 4 min in the pits before changing it over. Doesn't take much alky on the line after temp is up in the engine after pit warm up. I'm guessing here!! :lol: It's iron soooooo.
If you think it's exciting now, wait till we start it.

Vic, depends on the weather here, I know it's prob warmer down there, but it sure has taken a turn for the worse here. BAKERSFIELD!! March meet...Be there!! We will! :D

Took the car to Leons today, put alky in the warmup tank, everything set. Hit the starter button............BUZZZZZZZ, starter motor runs fine, starter drive NO engagy. :( $350 CSR starter has junk solenoid!! :shock: Continued a few more days. :cry:

I haven't have real good luck with CSR either. I've got 2 of them - one that works and one that I've pulled apart and fixed after it quit working...
