Nice pic Barb, but why is Mike's crew working on Rapids Car?
Mike and the guys said something about, "Living large in the shadow of Greatness!" when they were hanging around. I don't know for sure what that meant,,,but I took it as a good thing.

If you keep eating those cupcakes and drinking all that pepsi....there will be plenty of shadow for everyone to live in.

Well the car is being assembled for the final time. We have installed new hardware everywhere. We built all new steering tubes and installed new heim ends.

The chassis is a dark grey that looks really nice and has a ton of metallic in it. Front suspension is done. The brakes are done. Fire sys is done. Battery mount and kill switch are mounted.

The plan is to assemble the shortblock this weekend and then get it and the trans in the car for additonal plumbing.

I remember an episode of Fantasy Island when little Tatoo said "De Minion" "De Minion". I guess that's when you were arriving on De Plane?
