Hi Cat and all. It went great. We just broke up an impromptu meeting outside the Comfort Inn, where we pulled a few park benches up by the front door and bench raced for a few hours. Lots of highlights to report, but none captured the way Cat would capture them. Look for good stuff over the next few days. bp

I (WE) can't wait to see that stuff, guys, and thanks for taking the pictures and videos. Did we get a total turnout number? How's about another starting line picture? How was the cackle? Listen to me, willya...do this, do that...words cannot express: 1. The gratitude I feel for having a low ET award created in my name 2. The frustration I feel from having been removed while in transit to this event (I still haven't unpacked, I pace around and look at my suitcase with the round-trip tickets sitting on top of it where I left it Friday night) 3. The resolve I have for being there next year 4. The pride I have in being a part of this group. Everybody have a safe and smooth trip home. WC1

Sorry to hear you couldn't make it there Cat :( I know that had to suck  good thing it wasn't me because I would have gone ballistic on them. Not to derail this, but I have good news to report the car finally made it down the track 8) you can read about in the crew reports. :D

Thanks, John. The turnout was great. I don't recall the head count from last year but we had at least 45-50 people. Definitely got another starting line picture! Just did a cackle in the pits this year but got it on video... I will see if I can put some up from my hotel tonight. We are gonna take the southern route and try to make it as far as Dayton OH today... then one more hop home on Monday and then Tuesday OFF until me and the J-man go back to work. bp

Cat,
Just go around to reading about your situation.

At least you seem to have a much better handle on things than I might have.

Feel bad for you Bro' but the 2008 DLNs will be here before you know it!
