Cooked this up in Photoshop yesterday. Used bulbs from the tree at Indy. I don't know if you need a special license for one of these but it would be removable and would hook up to a line out of the fuse box...Gotta run...Cheers, WC1

Seriously John. I think I'd vote for 3 across of the third eyes in the window and put in a kit to make them flash/pulse when brakes are applied. They have some that flash/pulse 3 or 4 times when first applied, then go to normal as to not drive everyone stopped behind you nuts, while waiting for the light to change.
