Also, the slave cylinder when installed is all enclosed so it's hard to tell if it's working. I sure hope there' no mechanical problems inside the bell housing ? A visual check through the slave cyl. mounting hole doesn't tell much. Linkage seems to be in place. There weren't any weird noises B4 this happened like throw-out bearing, release fork, clutch, pressure plate failure, that type of deal. Jeff said the last few days it's been a little harder to shift, no clutch slip though. Sounds like the slave cyl. was loosing some travel to me? :?:

Still no werkie. I'm wondering if another bench bleed is in order? Maybe drive the roll pin out of 1 of the o-ring connectors, pump air out of both cylinders & reassemble? :?:

Thanks DOC. I asked around and everybody seems to have the same answer. Just keep repeating what we are doing. I'm printing out the link you posted. Thanks DOC, we'll give it a try. I'll Bee in touch with the outcome.

Got the inlet side roughed in today.

And got a panel installed.

I roughed up the back of the panel & the chassis tubes with 80 grit on the angle grinder, then glued it in with fusion body panel adhesive.
