OK.. She's back home and I took her out for a little abuse of the new rear end parts.

I have to tell you guys, I was a little shocked at the difference the gearing change made.

I took her out and just nailed it, when she hit second gear, the rear end broke loose and she started sideways.. I was a little shocked to say the least. Guess it's time for some new sticky tires.

Doug, good to hear you got the Monte going!! Fun ain't it!! Mike took me inside his motor home at E-ville, and said, here's something from Doug for you. Then he handed me a box of scotty kleenex's, yes, I almost cried, then I read the note. Thankyou Doug for thinking of me, I know if Mike and Mike would not have been standing there, I would have used those Scotties!!

I'm so looking forward to meeting you. Thankyou bud, it meant a lot to me!

..... nope a driver has to find his/her own gameplan !! all i can do is try to put the car in a zone....... repeatability..... launch rpm, shift points,temps, tire pressures.. etc,,.... once ya hit the stage beams it is all on YOU !(DRIVER).....

Hummmmm Narrie a 1/4 mile pass here Doug. (Sanctioned anyway).

1/8 mile, 30+ yrs ago doesn't count edder', cuz' I think the Statue of eliminations iz' in effect.
