Mike
I watched that video a few times and it seems your bars are pretty low.It may be on them to hard and unloading the tire.Try raising them up some and taking some front end travel out of it too.Just .02

Thank you all.

I agree Dennis. We tried the bars set at 7" and the front shocks set at mid point. This Sunday we are planning on raising the bars a bit and tightening up the front shocks. It's amazing how I didn't feel the car swish to the side like I see it did in the clip.

Billy, I don;t know why I didn;t think of this last night, but you can download the clip right from the post by right clicking on it and picking "Save Target As" from the menu.

Video looks good Mike...

in my opinion..lower wheelie bars an inch or so and go after it hard!
tire pressure?...try 5
The car goes nice&straight!
I love it!

Just got back from yet another test and tune.

Tightened up the right rear shock, as well as both fronts. Raised the wheelie bars by 3/4 of an inch. Took out an additional 4 degrees of timing. Had the bottles up to 98 degrees resulting in the 1100lbs of pressure needed. Everything felt great in the burnout. Staged, and the second I let off the trans brake button, the car fell flat on it's face. After spending 2 hours searching for the problem, we found a ground wire has untightened itself. As soon as we were getting ready to tow back to the staging lanes, the rains came and we had to call it a day. We'll be at it again next weekend, and give it heck.
