Don't worry Zappy, I know Laura will be making me turn off on the same exit to shop and buy on Friday.
Pella is only a short distance from the main highway. It isn't out of the way much at all really.

If anybody is coming down hwy 163, be sure to stop in Pella and visit the town square. It is all about Old Dutch shops and has a couple of bakerys that you have to stop in and buy something from. South side of the town square, you won't be disappointed.

In case anyone needs the Rapid translation:
"You need to stop for cake. Rapid wants cake and this is where to get it." LOL

And Dutch Letters, and sticky pecan rolls and apple bread.
And the bakery's name is Jaarsma's. South side of square.
I can't go to that town with out leaving at least $25 there.
