Is Joe still doing it? One of my Navy pals turned me on to his Surfing with the Alien album back in the early 80s. I always thought that would make the best drag racing soundtrack... bp

Listening to a song I have never heard before.

Havana Moon by Chuck Berry.

We kept that song in the rotation...it's always an unexpected pleasure at a Citykings gig...yesterday, coincidentally, Randolph was talking to me about the guitar work I do on that song...he said the same thing you did, BP. I am honored by these compliments, y'all. Thank you. Last night, I was reading about the Temptations in one of my rock 'n roll encyclopedias. I suggest playing the Temptations anthology from 1964-1973. I didn't realize that Smokey Robinson wrote a lot of their mid-60s hits..."Just My Imagination"..."My Girl"..."The Way You Do The Things You Do"...he wrote more, too, but I can't remember them all, so we need to put the CD on...Cheers, WC1

PS: Gator's daughter Vicki, along with the Alexis P. Suter band, played a show in New York with BB King Sunday...or was it Saturday...night...anyway, Wally sent some pictures that Vicki sent him from the show...they blew the place away...BB King said Alexis has a voice that is different (in a good way) from anybody he's ever heard...it looks to me like Vicki, Alexis and Hipbone Records have definitely hit the Big-Time. Congratulations to them and I was delighted to receive the pictures and the story. Life is good. WC1

So far the only good thing about AOHell is the free XM Satellite Radio they offer. No commercials is a good thing.
