I just saw the "HONOREE & VIP reception" is being held at the track this year Fri. evening. I guess that would mean we have to buy tickets to attend.
This used to be held at the host hotel in town. It was free, air conditioned, bring yer own cooler, or cash bar was available. I wasn't planning on going to the track Fri. so I guess I'll skip this.

Steve was saying that they wanted to do some sort of special cacklefest that night so they had to do it at the track. Bill

They always used to cackled a couple right in the Hotel parking lot right after the event....? Maybe something different this year
They do a huge cackle Sat evening ON the race track. "CACKLEFEST" parade & presentation - Sat. 7:45pm.

Yes, as I understand it, the hotel cackle will not be held and they are going to do an expanded presentation at the track. Have not had a chance to really concentrate on it yet. bp

Greeting Friends!! Just want to update ya'll on BG tour. I called Lost Cave to book our tour for Friday June 17th at 1:00pm, cost is 15.95 pp. I have to put on charge card, they will hold my resveration for a few day so I can get exact number of people coming. Please let me know asap who want to go.
I also called the GM Vette plant for tours. I asked for 9:30 am tour time slot. Again I have to know exact number of people coming. (asap). thanks

Cheryl & I will go. Cheryl's not big on caves, but she's been in a few & has survived. I have a feeling we may have been in this cave before many many years ago (as in before kids). We took a boat ride in a cave somewhere south. How many cave boat rides are available south of here?

Gary, lol ..I'm the same way, Cheryl and I will have to sit next to each other and hold hands through the cave opening. You can go to their web site " Lost River cave") and read all about it.

Sharon and I are in for cave tour and assembly tour.
