Today started out relaxed and full of anticipation. It ended tense and frustrated I made it to the track around 9:00 so most would be thru tech before I got there. I unloaded and put the bottle on the heater while I checked the tires and fluids. I was B.Sing with the guy next to me and missed 1st call for license runs I was in no hurry anyway. 2nd round was called and this time I was ready. I pulled into the staging lanes and there was about 12 cars waiting to make license runs (unusual to be that many) When it was my turn I pulled into the water box and did my burnout, turned the bottle on,turned the nitrous on and hit the purge. Everything is looking goota. I pulled into the beams and held it at 3500 rpms. The lights came down and I left on the last yellow, when it happened Another right turn toward the wall I pedaled and got back in it only to run a 10.52@133.83 I was pissed!!!!!!!!!!! Everything on the car was checked before I ran at Beaver Springs, where it ran nice and straight Maybe this is a sign that I shouldn't get my license On a good note I ran a new personal best MPH, So I'll get em' next time!!!!!!!!!!!!!Maybe

Sorry for the frustration, Pappy. What times are you trying to run? It seems to me that a 10.52 is not bad for 133 mph. Maybe 10.30s or so are possible, but I think that unless you get the speed up to 135-138, you won't hit the nines. Since you said that the 133 was your best speed, was that all throttle? Is there 135-140 mph power in the bottle? You'll get it figured out soon. bp

I know what it's like to have the car go straight on one track, the go anyway but straight on the next track
You'll get it figured out Pappy - just takes time and runs - but it'll come around.
