Looks like a dark red shiny velvet cake to me??????

Crap, somebody stole my shine last night. Or as Wheelzman said, stole my frosting from the Velvet cake!

Or maybe it is just wet sanded ready for the graphics.

I'm finding it ironic that the first funny car that I ever helped with was a '79 Vette in 1979 and was almost the very same color.

It's 3:10 AM. I am still at the shop. Just finished the graphics and re-clearcoating the Vette.
