Thanks guys, you know me, if there were any way we could swing this deal we'd do it. I'm a drag racer and I've busted my butt to make this deal happen, I'm bummed. I'm not a good spectator, any chance to go down the track,..well, you know. I can't wait to see all my pals though. We've worked hard all winter for this, money isn't the problem, we just overlooked one thing,...the unforseen,....................time. I'll just pester Mike and Rapid. I might hit the tower and harrass BP!!!!!

Lippy I have the old 283 in the garage still if you want to try to throw sumtin together ( needs some heads ) ... or just bring the peices and we will all assemble it at the track no garuntees if it will work tho ..

as much as it pains me to have to say this, I will be unable to make it to Eddyville this year. Things have compounded around here with slowed down money "making" endeavors and money "spending" endeavors partaking in a very unbalanced ratio.....

Guys.....I hope you all know how much I WANT to be there with y'all.....I just can't make it......My goal of having my car ready for the trip were met some time ago, but a lot of the money spent doing so "needed" to have been spent on Clyde (my tow vehicle)...I just kept putting it off, thinking Clyde would last forever....well.....we all know how THAT turned out

I hope you ALL have a great time, and PLEASE know, that I am there with you in Spirit, if not in person.
