First of all and most important; was great to see everyone again it was definitely a good time and good races. Just wish there were more or better cars in addition to the GLNFCC guys. Hopefully as the event grows, that side of things will too. Hope everyone had safe travels on the way home. For those who were worried about me heading home so late, I did make home safe and sound at 2:30 am, grabbed about 6 hrs of sleep and headed for Norwalk for the Blue Suede Cruise. Pics of both events coming later on tonight hopefully for BP to post tomorrow. Thanks again to Zappy and LL for the secret recipe for 50. Yummy! Darryl, I hope you get 20 orders for the truck it was that cool and is included in the shots for BP to post. 300,000 followers might drum up an order or two. Zappy, let me know if you are planning to go to Indy on Sunday again this year. If so, will need to meet up sometime there. If I don't see anyone else until next year, stay safe and healthy.

As a group we have professional picture taking, statisticians, entertainers, Mini Pete fabricators, crack fudge pushers, acrobats, an old fart, young'ins, singers, musicians, trip coordinators, Italian food specialists, racers, teachers, historians and other things too many to list and when we all get together it seems as family. We laugh, talk, tease each other, speak from the heart, encourage each other when times are tough and then when parting time falls upon us we don't want it to end. Together we are all at home, home of the Draglist, where ever we may meet on the year's schedule. We can meet then depart but our hearts stay connected with love for each other through out the year, waiting for the return of yet another DLN meeting. May God bless you all from us to you. I don't think I could say it any better than Wheelz just did...I feel exactly the same way we all do.
Wish I could have been there for the Thursday tours. Maybe next year I'll have a little bigger pile of money saved up for the trip. But the time I was there was the highlight of my year, and I look forward to seeing everyone again. I heard from Danny at a little past 1 PM...they finally got home a couple of hours ago...bad weather stalled them for an extra day. Gary, the pictures you took are absolutely fantastic! I finished this graphic this morning, but now I can't find the guy. Keystone Raceway said they'd let him know I'm looking for him...great folks there! Best to all, WC1
