Just got a gallery from the Blues Hound from yesterday, I don't know if this will work, but here's the URL. There's a picture of me standing next to the stairs (16th down on the right) and the last 5 pictures are the Pee Wee Bowen Band at work. Cheers, WC1

There are no guarantees, but it does appear that business is picking up at a significant pace at the shop...what started out to be a day here, a day there and a full week standing in for a guy there, just might turn into a full-time return to action for WildcatOne. As of now it's 2 full weeks and work is pouring in. Today my boss stopped by and he said "You're back. I see that as a good sign." I said "So do I." We looked each other straight in the eye, nodded and went on with business...I'm working as hard as I can and keeping a positive attitude about everything. It's hard to cross digits on my paws but I'm doing it...Cheers, WC1

Thanks, folks. What was really moving was the welcome back I received from everybody. Hugs, back-slaps, rejoicing, even a tear or two. And boy, did I ever work this week. I kept my company shirts, and I wore them back to work...I'm glad I kept 'em! I'm still retraining my body to handle being on my feet all day again. I hurt all over! I spent the last 6 months sitting here looking for work and healing up from the surgery...and as it turned out, work came looking for me! Another moment that moved me was when I walked into my office...It was exactly as I left it 6 months ago. It's looking good for the future. Right now it's one day at a time, but it's picking up more and more every day...Everybody have a great weekend! Cheers, WC1
