 
 Here is the hood burst panel out in the sun. See if it looks any nicer out in the sun.
 
 Today's stuff was to install the clutch, bell housing, trans, and dirshaft

that cover might be a little on the leaky side...
 I was giving it a bit more, and went thru in the corner. At first I thought, well ok so it needs a patch. Then I went ahead and cut enough away to clear for real. The resulting hole is in the photo. It also still rubs a little on the rockers, so I scrapped the whole idea of using these. I called and ordered a fabricated style that will just slip right on with no evening of grinding and guessing.

   i spent a week clearencing all the handles on my coffee mugs so i could shut the cabinet door. 2 days later i found a nicer set free on craigslist that fit in there perfectly
