Thanks jim,
I was actually surprised, it was only so little to fix, but
of course the tech guy was absolutly astonished, because all
the main tubes he expected to fail were actually .005 thicker
than the minimum requirements.
the one diaganol that says (Needs thicker tube) was off
by .002...gee wiz....... :lol: he did not say anything about
the rear end mounting at all or the upright for the rear.
i am happy @ 6.70@205

:roll: i maybee stupid but i'm thinking your fresh 505 with the stack injector deal and a lencdrive like Last years Nitro Madness set-up.... should get down the track good to go ?

505 BBC injected on alky via powerglide
505 BBC injected on nitro via crower glide/ 2 spd lenco

481 BBC blown alcohol via pedal clutch/ 2 spd lenco
481 BBC blown nitro via crowerglide/ 2spd lenco

orrrrrrr......
trade my 505 BBC and some of my 481 BBC for a
KB stage 5 / slipper clutch/ 2spd lenco and
run it as a hemi should be on NITRO...85-97 %
