i wish i could find a race car under my house, i can't imagine not knowing one was down there

You must remember, flyinhillbilly, I was 5 or 6 years old when that occurred and my Dad and Grandpa had a razor strop that my Mother was not afraid to use on us. That was later exchanged for a cat o' nine tails, which actually had twelve tails.
I had been told numerous times not to go into that crawl space and the car had been stored there since before I was born. I may not have mentioned it but that car was built for my brother who was 12 years older than I was.
My car came a bit later but that's another story.

Bandit, It was restored by my brother's son in law and is on display in his garage.
The car that my Dad built for me, #9, is in my shed in sore need of restoration. My Dad was working on it the last few months he was with us.

Jim, I was bracket racing back then. The MIFCA didn't get together till December of 85.
