We are interested in the dinner cruise (3). Anytime is fine with us.

I just got off phone with Karen from the Super 8 in cordova about the 12 rooms I booked back on Jan 3rd. with Lisa, Karen can't seem to get into the group bookimg site and has place a call to Lisa and is waiting for her to return call. Karen said her computer shows my name and that I called and book 12 rooms. ( don't ya just love computers?) we just have to wait for Lisa to straighen this out.

OH DEAR!!

I just got a call back. It seems there is a glitch in the system & it shows all the rooms are booked. But, the manager (I think Lisa is her name) will get it worked out tomorrow morning. In the meantime they did have 2 draglist reserved rooms that I booked. If you are going to book rooms and they say they aren't available, have them look closer.

I was just on Super 8's online reservations.Got a room no problem.Seniors discount was the same price as the quote.I'm pretty sure it is in the correct city. This may throw off your room count,Linda
We are in for the boat cruise

I'm sure they will get it fixed tomarrow (Thur.). Last year we needed 10 rooms I think. But this year with Rock, and Al needing rooms we figured 12.
As far as the boat cruise goes, I'm not sure what night folks will go to the track. Some will prefer Fri. - some will like Sat. - Some BOTH. I was thinkin a LUNCH cruise Fri. or Sat. would leave the evenings free for the track goers.....
