Jim, I just stopped by Beach Sr. house and gave him the update on Indy, we were talking about my power issues on the top end and he pointed out that the Mickeys that Don and I are running are supposedly 28" tall but are actually 27.3. He suggested that I run the Phoenix 28.5 tall slick which will help power on the high end and only drop my 60ft a little, which will also help my rpm's being a little lower through the traps. Anyway, I'm going to borrow his slicks off of the 65 GTO at the bracket bash and see how they work. You know what I always say! If you can't race, at least you might as well talk about it.
