I saw Billy rhyming about a 557 in some other thread. Maybe he's got something up his sleeve...

Rick, if I told ya THAT, I'd have to kill ya  ....LOL....Naw, just joshin ya.....I have been as quick as a 5.72 but I had extremely cool weather and a tailwind assissting....I went a 5.80 in low 80* temps bucking a 12mph headwind...all that translated into 9 oh's in the 1/4. Now if something DOES fall into place about the 557 (or larger  :?: ) then those numbers "may" be a bit slow

The misadventures of the "Pappy's Toy" Monza for 2010.
I think I have all the parts for the motor now  I'm going to Alky for the first time, so I needed a new pump and Carb. I got a great deal on a new carb on Racing Junk it's a 950 Holley alcohol carb. I ordered a new Aeromotive A2000, filter and regulator today, that should be here by the end of the week. I also ordered the cam but that won't be here til the end of the month. I really need to have it all together by the end of April. I'm planning on meeting Billy Mac at the Best of times Nationals on May 14th- 16th. Wish me luck.
